It is a great honor to be part of the project developing “Elgar Encyclopedia of Services” led by RESER | European Association for Research on Services. I contributed to two topics:
– Smart Product-Service Systems
– Elderly care services in the future: the role of technology (together with Hannamaija Tuovila and Kirsi Hyytinen)
A huge amount of topics on services are included, which I believe will be of significant help for service researchers, practitioners etc. I really appreciate great efforts of the editors.
