Augmented teleworking
Teleworking has now been widely accepted under the pandemic of COVID-19. However, its limitation is also being discussed. This study investigates a new concept “augmented teleworking” which realizes remote, physical interaction by means of human augmentation technologies such as virtual reality (VR), multi-modal interactions and avatars.

Social lab for human augmentation: a Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) approach
The emergence of human augmentation technology which augments human physical / cognitive capabilities raises concerns about its impact to human life and society. The concept “social lab” is being explored as a new way of R (research) & D (development) & I (implementation) to tackle social issues by collaborating with citizens.
